'No Spyware' Policy
Sync2It's Bookmark Sync client will not ever
contain Spyware.
Spyware is software that is installed deceptively to gather information
about you without your knowledge. This can include:
- centrally
monitoring and recording your personal internet usage
- monitoring
or recording your keyboard strokes
- capturing
unauthorized personal information
- deceptively 'pushing'
unwelcome advertisments
Sync2It
does not condone the use of spyware nor support the distribution of
spyware to others. Sync2It's client is a free download with the
costs associated with operating Sync2It.com covered by member
subscriptions.

It
is important to note that some 'free' software made available by others
may be or include spyware. Use caution before downloading and/or
installing all software. If you think that you downloaded and/or
installed spyware, we suggest reporting it on the alt.privacy.spyware
newsgroup.
